A New Day

Today is the start of a new day for me.  I have decided for the first time, I'm going to transform myself to a better me.  I love myself, I was just Dx with hypertension and I really don't like taking any extra meds So I have decided to  take steps so that I can trash the meds.  So i'm asking all of my friends and sisters to keep me lifted in praying. I know God will keep me in perfect peace as long as I keep my mind on him.
